Q&A
Don't worry. We have the answer !
How do I pick the right size?
Measure two points: your ankle (narrowest point) and your calf (widest point). Match both to the size chart. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. And if it’s not perfect, we offer a free size exchange.
Will it feel too tight or “suffocating”?
No. It’s designed for a gentle, secure feel—snug enough to support, comfortable enough to keep on. You shouldn’t see harsh marks after normal wear. If you do, re-check your measurements or size up.
Is it hard to put on?
It should go on in seconds with this seated method:
Turn the sock inside-out to the heel → slide your foot in and align the heel → smooth the fabric up the calf in small pulls. If it fights you, the size may be too small.
Do they slip down, roll, or dig in?
Correct sizing + proper placement solves most issues. Put on with dry skin (avoid lotion beforehand), align the heel, and smooth evenly. The cuff is made to stay put during everyday movement without digging.
Will they last, or get holes quickly?
They’re built for repeated wear with reinforced stress areas. For best results: cold wash, air dry, and avoid pulling hard at the cuff. If something isn’t right, contact support—we’ll make it right.
Will they feel hot or sweaty?
They’re made to be breathable for all-day use. Rotate pairs, wash regularly, and let them fully dry between wears—most customers find them comfortable in warm rooms and on long days.
Will they look bulky under clothes?
No medical “costume” here. They’re designed to be discreet under trousers and everyday outfits, with a smooth finish and clean look.
What does the compression number mean? Is this a medical device?
The compression range indicates everyday support—a gentle squeeze that helps you feel more comfortable during long sitting or standing. Our products are for general wellness, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Will they shrink in the wash or lose shape?
Follow simple care and they’ll hold up: cold wash, use a laundry bag if you have one, air dry, and skip bleach or fabric softener. This protects the fabric and fit over time.
